24-hour notice is required for cancelations or rescheduling. If your appointment is canceled late or you are not able to reschedule, you will be charged for the amount of the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged for the amount of the appointment.
